Therapeutic Nursing
Holistic care, founded on the insights of anthroposophy.
Therapies
\Rooted in a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, anthroposophic nursing therapies support the body’s natural healing through gentle, rhythmical care. Warmth, compassion and presence form the basis of all care.
These therapies include rhythmical body oiling, which harmonizes and strengthens vitality; organ compresses, which provide warmth and targeted support to specific organs; and footbaths, which promote relaxation and balance.
Each treatment is thoughtfully tailored to restore equilibrium between body, mind and spirit, fostering deep healing and inner wellbeing.
Substances
Anthroposophic nursing treatments use carefully selected natural substances to support healing and wellbeing. These include plant-based oils, herbal extracts, minerals and essential oils. Each is chosen for their specific therapeutic qualities, examples include rosemary, chamomile, yarrow, lavender and hypericum.
All substances are of the highest quality - biodynamic wherever possible and always organic at a minimum, ensuring purity and vitality.
Therapeutic Sessions
